About Us

Before deciding to start Seniors Helping Seniors® Warren Clermont, Christian Adams had spent more than 25 years in the marketing and advertising industry for a variety of employers that included a variety of high-growth Inc. 5000 companies in everything from luxury pet food and luxury automotive to a Fortune 500 company in the financial services sector. However, his most rewarding experience was leading digital transformation as part of a large-scale turnaround at Disabled American Veterans at a time when membership and popularity were waning. He is now eager to chase his next goal and elevate lives through the Seniors Helping Seniors® model—a full circle moment rooted in childhood memories of his parents taking on the challenge of becoming caregivers to his aging grandparents with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and ALS while they were trying to balance raising their own young children and their professional careers. His humble upbringing, servant leadership style, and customer-centric approach, inspired by his father’s commitment to the Golden Rule and his experience as an Eagle Scout and senior troop leader, currently drive his mission. Christian is a native of Washington, DC, and has been married to his college sweetheart, wife, and fellow Ohio University Bobcat, Becky, for 25 years. Together, the couple has two beautiful and successful adult children, Morgan and Teagan, four cats, two dogs, and a Siamese Fighting Fish (aka a Beta Fish). He loves the outdoors, camping, art, history, all genres of music, and competitive sports, especially soccer. In his free time, Christian also enjoys physical fitness and volunteers with local nonprofits that support underserved communities.

"Our experience with Seniors Helping Seniors was very short, but it was a good experience. If I had a need, I'd reach out to Christian again to find a caregiver for my loved one. The caregiver was compassionate and concerned about my mother-in-law's well-being. I only wish we were able to manage to keep my mother-in-law at home." - Pat H.

"After investigating in-home helpers for a family member, it was clear that Seniors Helping Seniors Warren Clermont In-Home Care was the best fit for our family. Christian's experience and problem-solving were reassuring and made the plan work. And Sue is the best!" - Deborah P.

"Kevin is a caregiver who comes to be with my husband. I have worked with the elderly for years, and I have seen many caregivers who come, and they sit on their phone, and they’re just a presence in the room in case of trouble. Kevin has become a friend of my husband. They discuss books, movies, and often they go out to lunch together. Kevin always has a smile and an interesting story to tell, and he patiently listens to all of my husband's stories. Taking this time for myself is hard for me to do, but I do know that my husband is also enjoying his time while we’re apart, thank you, Kevin. Thank you, Seniors Helping Seniors." - Deborah M.

"I had the pleasure of hiring Seniors Helping Seniors in May and June 2025 following a hip replacement. The caregivers were reliable. They arrived on time, never one minute late. They were pleasant, professional, and compassionate. The pricing was reasonable. Payment was easy. I love the concept of Seniors Helping Seniors. Senior caregivers just understand the challenges of aging. I highly recommend Seniors Helping Seniors for your in-home health care." - Sharon N.

"I was referred to Seniors Helping Seniors- Cincinnati East for care in my home. I only had 3 days to get a plan for after-surgery care, and Christian stepped up with caregivers. Jessica and Karen were the best. They took care of all my needs after surgery. Seniors Helping Seniors-Cincinnati East is who you want to call. Caregivers are reliable, and Christian always responds to calls or emails. Thank you!" - Darlene O.

"Christian has the best thing going here!! I’ve worked in this industry for almost 25 years…I’ve waited every day for a boss like him! He is more fair, works harder, and is always available for his Caregivers and Clients alike. He rolls up his sleeves and isn’t afraid of working. He doesn’t have the old mentality of throwing someone to the wolves… He is genuinely compassionate, empathetic, and the hardest worker I’ve ever met! I'm grateful to say, I FINALLY FOUND the boss that I’ve been looking for. He has an open-door policy for his clients and caregivers alike. If you ever need help with a family member, search no more! YOU HAVE ARRIVED." - Jan R.
