Meet the Team
Kerri Ann Ronquist, Co-Owner
Kerri Ann Ronquist’s journey into senior care advocacy began with a deeply personal experience—navigating the overwhelming world of long-term care after having to make a rushed and uninformed decision about a rehab facility for her father. That moment revealed how easily families can fall through the cracks in a complex care system, and she made a promise: no one else should have to go through that without guidance.
With a background in hospice care and over a decade of experience, Kerri Ann has since dedicated her life to walking alongside families through every stage of aging. Her approach blends compassion, education, optimism, and a touch of humor—always grounded in listening, asking the right questions, and truly understanding each individual’s needs.
A long-time East Valley resident, Kerri Ann holds certifications in both dementia care and senior placement. She is a proud member of the National Placement & Referral Alliance (NPRA) and the Professional Association of Senior Referral Specialists (PASRS), where she currently serves on the Board. She is also part of the Dementia Friendly Cities Task Force in Chandler and sits on the Professional Advisory Committee for A New Leaf. In 2025, she will begin serving as an incoming Board Member for Gilbert Leadership.
Kerri Ann is the Co-Owner of Seniors Helping Seniors East Valley, a non-medical in-home care company with a unique model of hiring seniors to support fellow seniors—promoting dignity, independence, and community. She is also the founder of All About You Placement and Senior Resources, where she has successfully assisted over 800 seniors and their families in finding the right senior living options, and supported thousands more through medical transitions, in-home needs, and life changes.
As a passionate advocate, autism mom, and community leader, Kerri Ann’s mission is simple but powerful: to educate, support, and empower families through the aging journey—ensuring every senior has a voice, feels respected, and is never left behind.

How to Get Started
Seniors Helping Seniors® in-home services matches seniors who want to provide help with seniors who are looking for help. We started in 1998 with a simple concept that seniors can help each other age better and that those who give and those who receive benefit equally. Since 1998, we have grown from our first match to working with hundreds of helpers and clients. We've continued to grow geographically. We continue to expand the training for our helpers. And we've added services in response to the needs of our clients.
