Ben Chernow is the owner of Seniors Helping Seniors® Bethesda. He received a JD and MBA from Vanderbilt University and practiced law at both the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission before transitioning to the private sector. He ultimately left the legal profession to do something he found more fulfilling.
Ben is both a Certified Senior Advisor® and a Certified Senior Home Safety Specialist®, as well as a member of the Montgomery County Dementia Friendly Committee. He uses his legal expertise to help clients navigate the complexities of LTC insurance. Ben lives with his wife and their dog. He enjoys reading history and playing fantasy baseball. He also loves seafood and is working to perfect a homemade crab cake recipe.
Erin Eisenberg is the Care Director at Seniors Helping Seniors® Bethesda. She previously worked in finance before taking time off to raise three strong and independent daughters. She then returned to school to pursue nursing and graduated from the University of Maryland School of Nursing magna cum laude and a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
Erin is a Registered Nurse who worked in a variety of healthcare settings before joining Seniors Helping Seniors® Bethesda as a Field Nurse. Her caring and calm demeanor made families feel comfortable and safe during times of upheaval and uncertainty, and she was quickly promoted to Care Director. Erin enjoys nutrition and fitness, and was previously a Certified ACE personal trainer. She lives in Bethesda with her husband, daughters, and dogs.
Elle Williamson is a RN Consultant for Seniors Helping Seniors® Bethesda. She previously started her own tourism business in Costa Rica before returning to the U.S. to pursue nursing. After receiving her nursing degree Elle worked for Sheppard Pratt as a psychiatric nurse. She then transitioned to the senior care industry, where she has done nursing and geriatric care management.
Elle is both a Registered Nurse and an accredited Aging Life Care Manager®. She uses her psychiatric nursing background to provide guidance and expertise to caregivers and families caring for people with dementia. Elle is married to a military veteran who works for the Department of Defense. Their blended family includes two teenage girls and a baby boy. In her spare time Elle likes to take advantage of their family boat. She also enjoys baking and arts and crafts projects.
